To this end, we have developed a fully integrated mezzanine production management system. We call this system QD3 Pro, a name derived from its key constituent parts; Quote, Design, Draught and Detail.

The system, specifically developed to provide our trade partners with a strong competitive edge, is the only fully integrated and computerised mezzanine floor production system in the market. It combines all of the key elements in the production management process but crucially all management information, production schedules, detailed CAD drawings, materials procurement, manufacturing drawings and installation scheduling are derived from a single set of data, input at the start of the project. This allows us to produce the fastest, most accurate quote responses, the most competitive quotes based on real-time steel market prices, virtually instant CAD draughting and detailing output, and accurate production scheduling based on actual manufacturing and installation team availability.
