The Hi-Level Mezzanines team are back from a bumper IMHX show in Birmingham, with a record-breaking number of new opportunities and the joy of catching up with many old friends and existing customers.
With plenty of networking, some fascinating events and more strong leads then ever from IMHX, it was a hugely worthwhile trip to the Midlands.
We are currently working on proposals and answering queries from companies we met with a pressing need for mezzanine floors or our revolutionary Hi-Tile robot-ready flooring, in sectors from logistics to retail and from sport to manufacturing.
Networking was a delight, with the team having fruitful conversations on topics ranging from market confidence to innovation with prospective clients, other exhibitors, our Irish distributor friends, and contacts in automation and robotics.
Enjoyable and productive
“It was a great event, very enjoyable and very productive,” said Hi-Level Mezzanines Sales Director Chris Baxter.
Out-of-show evening events included an invitation to a VIP evening at Birmingham City football ground hosted by Geek Plus, a global leader in AMRs, and the honour of being a guest of the UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) at the Archies Awards.
The Archies are the premier event for celebrating excellence in the material handling and intralogistics sectors. Inspired by Archimedes, the father of engineering, they honour the very best people, teams and innovations driving the industry forward. Hi-Level Mezzanines was proud to be invited as an exemplar of industry best practice.
We were also thrilled to be included on an elite IMHX Demo Tour, one of a selected number of stands singled out as highlights of the show. Our position on the UKWA pavilion put us in a superb location just off the main artery, and having our stand open on three sides worked extremely well as we were adjacent to the popular UKWA networking area.
Maximising vertical capacity
The Hi-Level team revelled in sharing our expertise in mezzanine flooring with IMHX participants seeking solutions to thorny problems. In challenging market conditions, we are in prime position to help ambitious companies make the very best of their current space – maximising their vertical capacity with a warehouse, retail or industrial mezzanine floor when the cost and inconvenience of moving to new premises are prohibitive.
