Robust robot-ready tiles for mezzanine decking
Our new hybrid mezzanine flooring system consists of a robust interlocking 7mm textured PVC floor tile that can be fixed on top of 38mm particle board mezzanine decking.
The panels have an anti-slip surface and are quick to install. They are exceptionally hard wearing to prevent indentations caused by robots running 24/7 along the same routes.
With a choice of 11 colours you can use a contrasting colour to highlight particular areas of the floor, perhaps for walkways or storage areas, and for health & safety reasons.
The interlocking system is extremely durable and the joining mechanism is virtually invisible to the eye. A straight access edge is added to finish off the floor neatly.

Hi-Level Mezzanines’ engineers have innovated to repurpose a flooring from a specialist tile supplier and acquired sole rights to sell it for use with robotics on mezzanines in the UK and mainland Europe.
It can be half the price of previous methods that used steel plate over timber boards.
